We love vacations. We love the traveling. We love the time together as a family. We love enjoying God's gift of creation. We love the renewal and fresh perspective that it brings to life.  We love the reminder that God gives a cycle of work and rest in his plan. And I love that we love vacations.

Last Christmas we got to enjoy all of the things mentioned above when my in-laws offered the take us to California. Below is a gallery of a few of my favorite my pics from the trip that remind me of the great time that we had together. Enjoy.

Torres Del Paine

This first shot was taken as we were leaving Torres Del Paine National Park in Chile. We were on a moving boat so it was quite difficult, but I wanted to capture the mountain range that we hiked through. 

Devil Tower

The second photo was from a recent trip to Devils Tower (yes, I know, I don't have an apostrophe) My wife, Londa and I went out for a sunset drive. Thanks to my very kind parents. We made it just in time
